Do you allow pets?

Yes. At Shorewood, we allow cats, birds, and fish. There is a two-pet maximum. A $700 non-refundable pet fee is due up front and an additional monthly pet fee of $35.

Are meals included in the rent?

In independent living, eight meals are included in the monthly rent. We offer dinner Monday – Friday and a Sunday brunch.

We serve three meals a day in assisted living and dementia care, but meals are not included in with the rent. You can select a meal plan that works for you.

Do you take Elderly Waiver?

No.
Shorewood is a private pay community. We do however, work with many long-term care insurance policies.

Is there separate storage available?

Yes. Limited storage is available onsite for an additional monthly fee

Is indoor parking available?

Yes.
Indoor parking is available for an additional fee.

Are utilities extra?

In independent living, heat/AC, water, sewer, trash/recycling removal, cable tv, and internet are included. Electricity and phone are separate charges.

In assisted living and dementia care, heat/AC, electricity, water, sewer, trash/recycling removal, cable tv, and internet are included.
